Today begun early for me as I’m still on Italian time. 4.30am and there was a beautiful sunrise .

After a visit with another daughter my granddaughter picked me up in her car.( can’t quite believe that is possible.) And we went shoe shopping.

Now I have a new pair of trainers, almost identical to my ” sentimental trainers” which were gradually falling apart.

It feels good to be wearing a 17 year olds’ cast offs. There is a very nice pink hoody too.

And the weather is beautiful. One member of the family is sun bathing.

I think it must be wine time now for sure.
