It’s been a quiet day.

It began with blue skies and sunshine at 6am….then slid into a more normal cloudy state quite soon afterwards.

I’m still on Italian time so am waking up about 5am.

This morning I combined buying superglue with a quick coffee with daughter number one.

The superglue was needed to fix the two holes I somehow made in one of my new black canvases. I don’t know how it happened.

It’s now fixed with patches superglued on the back . I plan to paint flowers on it and as it’s damaged I can have as much fun as I like.

I took some photos of flowers in people’s gardens on my way home for inspiration.

Then I took photos of the pots on Katy’s doorstep as I liked them better…..

However I got distracted by tidying my room = making all my stuff fit in my 3 allocated drawers .

So tomorrow might be a painting day.

And now it’s wine time.

Only 2 more wine times after this until I am back home.
