2023 in Pisticci….more practising…….

This is Wednesday’s post. Yesterday’s seemed to vanish between me and twitter.

I’m not mural painting today, but I thought I was going to be working on it until I got a message about an incoming thunderstorm. I’d got so comfortable with good weather that I forgot to check the forecast.

This morning it was lovely again.

Best place to be at 6.30am.

I spent the morning watching Portrait Artist of the Year and looking for flowers to paint in a window box.

I also took a photo of my door to see if that would help me work out how to make reflections.

I wanted to know if the reflections were in front of the background. I think they are.

And then I got the afternoon off.

So I painted some flowers.

Am loving drawing with my white paint crayon.
I love painting on a black background

The storm hardly happened, but it was windy and it’s no fun being up a ladder on a windy day and watching my painting equipment blow over.

Now it’s early wine time and am wondering if it rained enough to save me watering the flowers……

Cheers🍷🍷
