It was Scanzano street market today where there is an enormous secondhand clothing stall. And it’s possible to buy clothes for €2…….

So I did……

Today I purchased 2 pairs of trousers and 2 tee shirts.

One tee shirt has flowers and stripes on it. The other has sequins.

Obviously I am into sequins too…..

Then since after lunch I have been painting flowers.

I’m doing a version of a flower painting which I did on a black background, on a light background. It’s not going very well.

Oops….somehow I managed to reverse the order of these 2 photos. If I knew what I’d done then I’d feel quite clever.

Tonight I’m planning to go to the first night of the Lucania Film Festival. It starts at 21.00.

Now, after some disturbing news from home , some wine and something to eat would be good.

And maybe I’ll adjust my new trousers. One pair fits. The other needs taken in. I’m getting remarkably confident as a non expert sewer.
