I’m trying to start work on the mural about 7am.

We are having a mini heatwave here. It feels very like when it was over 40C . I think that might be because my house has heated up and also there’s no wind. By the weekend it should be back to about 30C.

( having a cricket living in my cool room is not helping……but it can’t live forever.)

Possibly due to only cricket noise ,but no loud music or fireworks I slept better last night.

And was at work by 7am.

After a night of 2 fans attempting to keep the heat at bay , while the cricket beeps it was bliss to be in the shade with a nice breeze blowing.

So I worked until 11.30…and my phone nearly cooked itself. ( must make sure it’s in the shade tomorrow. )

Tomorrow I might paint the bricks. That should be fun.

This afternoon I worked on a commissioned painting of a local church. It’s about 80% finished.

It was about 6pm when I stopped.

A glass of wine and something interesting to watch on youtube or Netflix would be nice now.
