I needed to go to collect pills from the farmacia this morning. It’s almost always nice to walk up town and chat to people on the way.

Back home I was planning to paint trees on a red background.

It was part art lesson and part project. And it’s probably good for me to try to paint in another style sometimes.

After I’d finished this……several times, I found the last local scene and started work on it.

Finally I caught up with my work diary.

In between all this my 2 pencil portraits left for somewhere near Rome.

And now after a lovely chat with a friend it’s time for wine and relaxation…And food!
