After staying in a beautiful house for a week I’m very motivated to improve mine.

So today I measured and made a plan. ( which I will probably change as I go….but I need to start somewhere..

This week I have a nameplate to paint and I think I’ll paint a view of the house at La Chima as a gift for my daughter for giving me a lovely holiday.

It felt good to be home and sitting outside among the flowers….especially after I’d watered them. They survived pretty well for a week without water.

I needed to go to the supermarket and after speaking to several neighbours on the way, I felt I was definitely back home.

I might make going for a coffee on the way home a regular thing.

It’s been good catching up on my favourite vlogs.

Now it’s time to finish off the last of the Umbrian wine I brought home.
