It was reasonably horrible weather this morning so I went out wearing son in laws chunky , possibly waterproof, trainers, and daughter’s smart waterproof jacket. I also had to go back and put on my thermal trousers.

After coffee with daughter number one I went off to meet a group of old neighbours.

It was lovely to spend time with people, some of whom I remembered and others who looked vaguely familiar. I haven’t done anything like that in years.

I stayed for lunch.

This morning I bought some paint and pens.

Now I’m enjoying my nice little room. ( though it hasn’t got a pretty painted extension.)

Finally it’s wine time . Been a good day .🍷🍷cheers.
