More food, but mostly rain.

It was good to be at home today apart from a short trip to the retail centre.

I thought that I’d make parmigiano di melanzane.

( aubergine with parmesan….and more.)

It was a nice job on a horrible day.

I spent some time finalising my journey home and organising a trip to Edinburgh tomorrow with my daughter.

I’m still a little anxious about finding the bus to Potenza at Napoli Centrale . Hopefully it will be easier to find than the last time.

Now I’m ready for a glass of wine and some Parmigiano di Melanzane.
