I made myself a coffee and drank it in bed this morning while writing an email. That was nice. Soon it’ll be too cold to sit up and I’ll only be cosy with the covers up to my neck.

Next I got busy doing stuff on my list.

1. Paid electric bill. €68 for 2 months and fan on almost 24 hours a day. Not too bad I think.

2. Brushed up fallen plaster from my doorway and then painted the gaps. Not a permanent  solution, but I’m happy with ” looks better” for now. Only took 10 minutes.

3. Cooked chickpeas and made lunch for 4 days.

4.  Connected keyboard I bought in poundland for £8 , to my tablet….and it worked.

5. Watered the flowers.

I had all that done by 10.30am which gave me lots of time to watch 3 episodes of portrait artist of the year and 2 episodes of my favourite Dutch painter vlog.

In the afternoon  after some reading I made peanut butter and now I’m catching up on another vlog set in the Italian alps.

The sun has shone all day.

Wine time now.
