I can see my oleander moving through the window. The wind always seems to blow stronger in my street

However I’m inside and there doesn’t appear to be much wind coming inside. During strong winds the curtain between my 2 houses/ rooms blows back and forward..

I had a plan to work on portraits today and I sort of did. I tell myself that anything I do is progress. So 2 of them are now drawn in paint and the other 2 are drawn roughly in pencil.

I was hoping for more.

But maybe it’s just a slow week.

Tomorrow I might get up early and paint eyes. I like to start with the eyes .I have 4 people, a dog and a rabbit to paint.

I put the little painting I did last week into a frame.

My boots finally arrived today. After about 3 months. Not in time for the holiday in Umbria, not in time for the trip to Scotland……..in time for Christmas I suppose. I’m not even sure that they are the ones I ordered. But they fit and make my feet look smaller. That’s good.

No art lesson tonight so I feel that my weekend is starting early.
