I’m trying out the Superdrug version nasal spray which is supposed to stop a cold in its  tracks. It might work. I am also taking vitamin C , echinacea and vitamin D.

Incase the nasal spray doesn’t work I took my granny trolley to the supermarket  and bought enough food to last me until after Christmas.  Also took the opportunity  to buy heavy stuff.

Last night I painted over 3 ladies.  I got second prize for this in a local art competition.

Haven’t decided what to paint yet.

I spent half an hour finishing my replacement hare.

I used a photo of a hare from Pinterest and then invented the background. I am particularly  pleased with the moon.

Someone is coming to collect the portraits tonight. I hope they like them.

Now I think a glass of wine would be good for me.
