I was just sitting wondering what bit of hare to paint next when I heard voices outside. Being curious I looked out and there were a bride and groom standing in my street having their photos taken. That’s never happened before. It was so sweet. I watched them walk up the street holding hands while 2 photographers took photos and video.

It’s been a pleasant sort of day.

I went shopping and bought a bar of Ferrero rocher white chocolate. ( it’s a holiday here tomorrow.)

Then I ordered quite a lot of paint, felt guilty for spending so much money, checked exactly what I’d bought and realised it was all necessary, so cheered up.

Most of today I spent painting the last 2 hares. That is 9 hares now.

And all due to a dream.

I’ve got a wall full of hares.

I feel finished now. There are also no more paintings needing painted over.

I’ve found some episodes of Lord Peter Wimsey by Dorothy Sayers on youtube. I’m also in the middle of another Harlan Coben series on Netflix, but it’s too exciting to watch before bed time.

Am happy that it’s the weekend.
