I prefer to have some plans for my day.

A blank day seems a bit scary.

So today I had a nice list.

Probably the most important thing on it was to phone a friend and confirm that some documents which I received a few weeks ago were not, as I hoped ,necessary to deal with.

Documents here, especially since brexit can open open a can of worms if not carefully considered. Sometimes it’s better to do nothing. So I’ll put these carefully away. I have them if needed.

Then there was today’s art lesson to prepare.

A new portrait commission to begin.

A friend’s house to check.

Gas delivery to wait for.

Arrival of more paint expected.

Prescription to order.

The portrait commission is well started, the gas and paint arrived, but my student is ill so I’m organised for the next time.( and grateful not to catch anything else from them. )

Tomorrow is Scanzano market day and hopefully it won’t rain. I would like to buy a non stick pan. And I can buy heavy stuff in the nearby supermarket.

I went outside earlier to take a photo….

Now it’s wine time.
