And not much painting. I’m working on a copy of one of my paintings.

I went out to take a photo of the scene just to get me in the mood…..and also because painting from a painting is not very easy.

At least I think I’ve finished the portrait.

But the most fun thing today was getting a new table top .

A friend kindly found a piece of wood exactly the size I needed and then attached it to my little ” half table”.

This is so that assuming I can get the monitor to connect to a laptop then there is enough room for both of them.

Very satisfactory!!

Art lesson went well with a variety of activities including looking around a little ancient house and drawing bottles.

Now I’m tired and hungry.
