I was busy looking at FIVERR on my phone and trying to decide who would be most suited to help make my book at least respectable. Never able to resist a bit of procrastination I then made a swerve to a search for the book cover which was not saved with the book.

After about half an hour I found the original image, but without the title.

I was just about to go back to my search on FIVERR when I got a message to say that my new laptop would be delivered today.

Immediately I decided that there was no point in carrying on with the book stuff…..as it would be more sensible to use my new ” potential “monitor and laptop set up.

( Phew , postponed for another day.)

I was obliged to walk to the other side of town to collect the laptop. It didn’t weigh much when I picked it up , but it felt quite heavy by the time I got home.

I decided that I’d open the box after lunch and bit of a rest.

Now for the 3 B pluses.

I opened the box and got started with the set up. Almost immediately I got stuck. I had chosen a UK keyboard in the options, but the keyboard was Italian. To sign into Microsoft I needed to type my email address. I couldn’t find @. I googled it. Tried everything. ….nothing worked.

First B plus was for realising what the problem was.

However I’d no idea how to get back to change the keypad country.

2nd B plus was for asking a friend. It was so nice not to feel on my own.

Then quite by accident I found the combination of keys that worked. Only to get stuck as the internet had gone off.

3d B plus was for not crying and just carrying on. I started again and eventually after 3 repeats it got done.

Thank goodness it’s wine time.
