After checking in online for flights to Scotland, tidying out the tool cupboard, ordering a prescription and organising a taxi.
I’m working from another poor quality photo, but with mixed feelings. It’s okay to say that I only work from very clear photos , but some of the portraits I paint are from the only photo someone has available. If I can make something good from it then , that is quite satisfying. After nearly 30 years painting portraits I suppose I’ve learned how to fill in the blanks.
I also almost finished the previous portraits and I think I’ve absorbed something from the BBC MAESTRO course with Jonathon Yeo. Perhaps…a little confidence.
Art lesson went well tonight.
Now I’m tired and hungry.
Cheers 🍷🍷

(Thanks Facebook memories.)
