It was not something I’ve ever done before.

I’ve got a very talented artistic friend who is also a builder and carpenter, tree pruner and many other things.

She built the sauna from several doors, various pieces of wood and other things which were lying about.

Four of us got to work with left over paint, a variety of brushes and lots of enthusiasm.

It was fun to be part of a team again.

This afternoon I found by accident a video on youtube called ” fabulous fashionistas” . It made me feel quite young……and that I really should take more exercise. The youngest of the 6 women interviewed was in her early 70s. I love to have older role models.

I still haven’t decided what to paint next.

No art lesson tonight. It seems sensible to give myself a week to get back to ” normalish”. Next week I’ve a portrait commission to paint.

There are some more house projects I might work on over the weekend.  I like  making my surroundings prettier.

Now it’s  wine time.
