I didn’t  have any plans for today.

But after watching the video, ” Fabulous fashionistas ” yesterday I thought I’d better get some exercise. So got my camera and set out up the pink brick road.

It was a beautiful  morning.

This afternoon  I thought that I’d paint one of my Perth scenes  using the water-soluble oil pastels.

It was so much fun. I drew the scene with charcoal. Then sprayed it with hairspray  to set it. Using the crayons is very tactile. There are so many lovely colours. I thought the trees would be the most difficult part , but they turned out really well.

Then I had visitors. I may have sold some more hare paintings. Who would have thought that I could earn money from painting a dream.

Finally it was nearly wine time.
