It occurred to me that this would be a nice place to live.
It has about the same population as Pisticci , the people are friendly, it’s flat, the streets are colourful, there’s a great art shop, a train station you can walk to and a beach.
I’ve had a good day. I found the straight route to the railway station, and a lovely art shop on the way.
I’ve been back by the sea twice and even bought an ice cream. I didn’t need a jacket all day long. It’s hard to believe that it’s March.
Mostly I wandered about in a nice aimless fashion, but without getting completely lost.
I took lots of photos.
I haven’t downloaded any from my camera yet.
I thought that my phone wasn’t charging, but it turned out that the electricity was off. Phew!!! My train tickets are on my phone. Now I’m sitting outside my little house( which makes strange creaking noises in the night!)
I’m looking forward to going home tomorrow. It’s been interesting…….

Tomorrow my train leaves about 10am and thereafter I need to get 2 buses. I’m not quite sure if I will arrive in Pisticci or Pisticci scalo.
It’s getting a bit chilly now so I’m going inside. I feel a bit boring as I’ve not eaten out or gone out in the evening, but I don’t feel like it.
Cheers🍷🍷
