2024 in Pisticci…just painting…..

I suppose painting the stone grapes which I repaired yesterday would count towards today’s painting.

Before….
After. It wasn’t so difficult to mix a matching colour. Although it’s  not perfect, it’s definitely better.

I had planned to go out today  …..but so far it hasn’t happened.

Firstly I thought that I’d fix the first painting I did of Sapri. I wasn’t happy with it.

Using my phone I darkened the foreground to see how it would look.
This was the before…..
And this is now. I think it’s  better. I changed quite a few things as well as darkening the foreground.

I’m reading a book set in Scotland and not enjoying the setting or the main character so far. I like books set in interesting places so I get to explore them a little bit.

There was the 3d Sapri painting  to finish next. 

About 80% finished. I’m definitely more comfortable with acrylics.

It’s  been a strange day and I have a headache now. It might be the weather, which is windy and humid.

Wine time finally. Must go for a walk tomorrow
