It all began with coffee outside among my flowers.

I was going to go for a walk to the supermarket, but I was so excited to begin” flowerifying” some paintings that I convinced myself that I could have 2 days off at the weekend, but would most definitely go out every week day.
My idea was to exaggerate or add flowers to 9 small local scenes. In fact I also changed a few other things as well.
I began about 8am and finished just before 4pm.
I’m relatively pleased with the results. Some are better than others, but I now have 9 upgraded paintings for sale.

I didn’t think I’d have so much stock this summer , but what with adding people, chairs, cats and now flowers, most of my leftover paintings from last year are looking different and hopefully more appealing.
This week I plan to work on more flowers or still life subjects using the pastels and water soluble oil paints on canvases which fit frames.
What a very enjoyable day.
And my little butterfly was back on the curtain this morning.

Wine time and Sunday vlogs now.
Cheers🍷🍷
