May seems to be a very transitional month. It’s definitely getting warmer, but there have been a lot of overcast days . I think  a storm is forecast for tonight and the wind has picked up already.

However it was a lovely sunny day before now and I enjoyed a walk to the supermarket. 

Then I did actually clean out my fridge. It looks so nice now that there are only things in it that are meant to be there.

All the empty jars etc are in the recycling cupboard.

There was a bottle of limoncello cream and a fake Baileys  which have been around for several years. I wouldn’t drink them and I wouldn’t offer them to anyone so there was no point in keeping them. I kept the melatonin gummy bears because I couldn’t find a sell by date. Since I learned that they were very strong I haven’t used them. But maybe I’ll be desperate for sleep sometime……? 

The street was looking so pretty at lunch time that I took some photos.

It’s  Sunday so I wasn’t  too bothered to do anything in particular, but I painted over 4 more canvases.

I considered painting hares on them, but maybe my time for painting hares is past.

I’d actually like to paint 4 portraits on them ……but don’t know who I would paint.  No hurry I suppose. Just another small project.

Now it’s  Sunday wine time accompanied by weekly Vlogs.
