At least I think that is what it was. No alcohol but a mixture of…..I have no idea. It was very nice.

After being up town I’m now organised with enough pills for a month and 5 litres of the best wine.

I’m drinking some reasonably priced Supermarket wine this week, but it’s nowhere near as good as the type I buy in the butcher’s shop.

After a relatively sleepless night where I watched videos on watercolour sketching and bought a set of crayons, I’ve been tired today.

But awake enough to buy actual watercolour travel brushes. I’ve only ever used the brush that comes in the box of watercolours.

I’m liking my cat sketchbook. I experimented with acrylic pens today. Not good…..went through three pages. I’ve put a few sheets of watercolour paper at the back.

Last time I went to Scotland I hardly used watercolours as I was so excited by the oil pastels.

Tonight I’m planning to go and buy my bus ticket to Matera in the cafe by the bus station.  It’s near the pizzeria.

What a difference heat makes . I’m so enjoying being able to use my whole house though I think I might have to move downstairs into the gallery to sleep. It’s getting quite hot in the attic.

However it’s  been windy all day so I’ll be okay for one more night. I love my attic bedroom, but not when it gets to feel like an oven .

Thanks to the person on Twitter who mentioned enjoying “Bodkin” on Netflix. I enjoyed the first  episode last night.

I’ve got an hour before I need to go out so I might watch some more. 

Probably with some wine….
