Went out for a walk to the marina….at least I think that’s what it is called.

Won’t be doing that again. It was very scary as we were walking on a bigger road where pavements were single file only, when they existed at all. It wasn’t a very big road, but was extremely busy. Spent most of the time looking at my feet.

Back in the older part of town  where we are staying there are still only the occasional  pavements , but not so much traffic.

Today, although it was a bit cloudy I could see the top of the mountain.

After the stressful walk it was nice to chill in the apartment before heading off to one of the free beaches. ( not very big….but fine if like us who  are just practising.) Tomorrow we definitely want to hire an umbrella and sunbed.

Wore my vintage bikini today.

We are going to eat soon in early “unitalian style , but plan to go out later for a passegiata. (I have another £1 dress to try out. )

Wine time now and enjoying a local wine again.
