Getting up at 5am is okay, but I would have preferred 7am.

However I was a bit excited about finishing my red cooker.

By 10am , after doing another coat of red paint with a roller, tidying up the metallic silver and touching up bits and pieces , I varnished it.

I’m glad I added the extra coat of red paint. I probably should have sanded the silver part , but if it really bothers me I can do it later.

Since then I’ve mostly read.

Sometimes I have a day when I’m just tired. It’s  only a week since I left Meta with Katy, travelled to Rome and back to Naples, had an adventure, couldn’t get home and found a hotel.

It’s been a hot and busy week.

Tomorrow I need to finish the portrait I’m working on and start 3 more small commissions. And there are a lot of other projects to be finished.

Now it’s wine and vlog time.
