This morning after a quick trip to the supermarket. ( daily exercise.) I got a call from the courier and persuaded him to drop off my parcel in piazza San rocco and not to leave it at the faraway bar.

After yesterday’s painting I thought that painting some scenes of Pisticci  life during the feste would be fun. I am  liking including people.

So it was a perfect opportunity  to take some photos while I waited.

Once back home I finished yesterday’s painting and shared it on facebook. It seems to be popular.

I was quite proud to have chosen the next photo to work from. I’m trying to remind myself that I am painting things to make me feel good …..and so I should take my time and make a good job.

I’m not planning on going out tonight as I’m tired and would rather go out tomorrow  evening and hopefully see the procession.

It’s been very hot outside,  but quite okay in my house.
