It’s a big holiday all over Italy today.

So it began with fireworks at 6am.

My plan for today was to work on my latest painting  and dye my hair.

By lunch time the drawing was finished.

Then after lunch I started painting.  I thought it might be fun to do the most difficult part first which was the guy on the scooter. It took over 2 hours.

I painted until 6pm.

Now I’m passing the time before I go out. There is an art exhibition  I’d like to see and there might be a procession. 

Well, there is a procession, but if its after 11pm I’ll be home again.

I could probably go out in about half an hour.

I may even wear something special.

Might take my camera ….
