Am sitting here in my little apartment. It was raining when I arrived, but it didn’t last long.

My kindly hosts made lunch for me. Which was very nice.

I waited until after 5pm to go out and decided to go immediately  to the bar and the shop.

Don’t know why I was so timid last time.

So now I’m comfortable going to the bar and in the shop.

I also found another bar, a farmacia and the post office.

The park was where I decided I could probably have a little experiment  with my sketchbook…..tomorrow.  It was good to explore a bit . There are lots of seats and some tables. The view is mostly trees with a little bit of mountain. Not my normal scenery,  but worth a try.

A very helpful man showed me the best view.

I took some photos , but tonight was mainly about preparing.

I’m glad to be back. My hosts liked the painting I did for them. I’m looking forward to painting in the park…..as a practice  for painting in the town.

Now I think I might watch the Netflix series, Trapped , to cool down. There is a second series. Hurray!

I think I’ve  done enough today.
