And gesso. For years I’ve wondered what gesso is. Now I’m about to find out. I think I can use it on some thinner paper in sketch books to make them okay to paint on. At least I think that is what I heard.

And I’ve bought a set of acrylic ink which sounds as if it does everything. Can be like water colour or gouache or presumably acrylic paint. 

When I get back from Scotland hopefully I can have fun experimenting.

This morning I got started about  9.30am on the portrait.

And I got to 80% by 4pm.  There is no point in trying to finish it any more as I need a fresh pair of eyes tomorrow  to see what else might need done.

It’s been warmer again today so I’ve had my aircon on when I wasn’t working. My fan is okay when working.

It’s looking a bit cloudy now.

I think I need to go out tomorrow  .

Now it’s  Sunday vlog time.
