I’ve mostly hung about today apart from a short lunch out.

The weather has been okay.

I spent some time deciding what to leave here and what I could possibly  squeeze into my little rucksack.

I finally decided that the book I bought would be too heavy so I photographed all the pages I liked…all 54 of them….and I can look at them on my laptop or  monitor when I get home.

Life seems a lot simpler in Pisticci.

Having spent about an hour ” researching” flights in November I’ve come to the conclusion …..again…that there are no easy trips from Pisticci from Edinburgh.

Maybe once I’m back home I’ll come up with a plan to make the journey more fun. 

Tomorrow  I should leave Perth about midday and only 2 buses later arrive at the airport. When I arrive in Bari , hopefully on time, I should have a taxi waiting  to take me to my airbnb.( At 8pm it’s too late to get a train to Pisticci.)

I’m looking forward to being at home. I’ve some plans for work and been invited to take part in another exhibition.

As I had only one photo today I thought I’d better paint something…..

Home made pizza for tea tonight.

And wine……
