I didn’t start painting until about 11am today as I was creatively procrastinating……that is booking my next trip to Scotland which is to include two nights in Bergamo on the way back.

My plan , which was to go somewhere every month has almost happened. Even if I did go to Oliveto twice and counted Scotland as well.

So, all being well I’ll be looking around Bergamo in December.

When I started painting  I thought that I should paint the window today.

However after lunch I just kept going. It feels quite different to be standing and painting, and also using mostly big brushes.

Although I’ve used things from life this painting is made up.

I like the wine container which I made up. It definitely looks three dimensional.

I think it’s been a sunny day , but apart from coffee outside this morning I’ve been inside concentrating.

Wine time now.
