Thought I’d better do something about how I was feeling..

So I’ve checked out several things and ordered some St John’s wort.

And decided that I need to get some exercise every day .

Do one brave thing. ( today’s was to go in the bar even though it sounded as if there were lots of people in it…..there weren’t actually.)

And give someone a compliment.  I told the friendly girl in the bar that she made the best espressinos. In my opinion,  having drank them in various places , this is true.

There were a lot of  stairs in my walk to the meetmarket and then the supermarket.

Yesterday one of my visitors mentioned that I had changed the background colour of my gift paintings. So today I decided to make some all about the backgrounds.

I used my washing bag as reference  for one and made up the other two.

It was another lovely day. So I had a snack outside.

Now it’s Sunday vlog time. Hurray!

And I will start something on the big canvas tomorrow……..
