And one more fox painting.

This morning began very nicely with the topping off half of last night’s pizza Crudaiolo . It was a pizza where the topping is added last. A bit like a salad on a pizza base.

I can never eat a whole pizza, so bring home half in a box.

After looking at yesterday’s made up flowers I decided they all looked a bit the same.  I downloaded 38 photos of flowers from Unsplash so that I had a lot of reference.

Then I went out for a while.

I was keen to get started changing flowers, but worried that I’d mess up . First I made the flowers too bright and had to dull them down again. I’ve been using acrylic  paint and water soluble oil pastels. It has been so much fun.

After lunch time my next 10 30x30cm canvas boards arrived. I think that once I’ve finished the foxes I’ll paint flowers. 

I wonder if I’ll paint another experimental  painting before my trip to Scotland………

Now it’s dark and it’s wine time.

(I bought the last 3 bottles of primitivo from the butcher’s  last night, but he said more should be artiving at the weekend. )
