I like Saturdays.
Even when I don’t have anything planned.
I decided that I needed carrots and wine and a coffee out.

This morning I prepared another 8 small canvases. It’s a very pleasant job once I get past cutting them up. ( I got 5 stitches in my thumb once when my Stanley knife slipped.)
I watched some videos on painting small. I don’t want to be using teeny tiny brushes, but am curious to know what subjects I could paint.
Today I painted another seascape.

Now it’s windy and cold outside so the pellet stove is lit.
I got all excited last night when it looked like Pisticci would get snow on Christmas day.

I’ve fiddled about with my big seascape and it’s looking good. Unfortunately it doesn’t come out so well in a photo. Maybe I’ll take one tomorrow when there is some good light.
It was 16C in the living part of my house. It’s nearly 20C now. The pellet stove is pretty good. It’s only been on 2 hours.
The solar Christmas lights are twinkling now so it must be dark.
And time for wine ……
Cheers🍷🍷
