It was a really cold night. Luckily I found my thickest jacket,( which I had forgotten about,) and with 5 layers underneath it I was just fine.

Pisticci in the dark looks fairly magical without any additions.

I was glad I went and it was good to go with friends.

I was up at 5am looking for snow, but there wasn’t any. Its just been cold and damp all day.

I painted another small painting this morning.

And then I tried to paint a rhino in the wild. It was to be a gift for a friend.

I obviously need some rhino painting practice…..and the jungle wasn’t too great either. Am not sure if I will carry on with it tomorrow or gesso over it and pretend it never happened. 

Now I’m all dressed up to go out wearing 40 year old tartan  dungarees and a long yellow cardigan. I look very cheerful.
