But not quite…..bought Ferrero Rocher chocolates at the supermarket.

It was nice to be out. People are saying ” Auguri” to each other.

It’s good to live in a little village where greeting people is normal. 

Today I’ve been painting more animals using a friend’s  photos as reference. 

It’s the first time I’ve ever painted giraffes or an elephant.

I’ve been so lucky finding art as I can never say that I’ve done it all . There’s  always something else to try. And I’m ridiculously  pleased with myself so often.

Not surprisingly I’m not bothering to go out to the Living Nativity  again. It’s cold and windy outside……and lovely and cosy inside.

I can hear the Christmas music from the church again.

It’s been a good day.
