I thought it was a sheep.

After some thought today I decided to paint Highland cows.  On Unsplash I found two and then I couldn’t find any more so I thought 2 highland cows and a sheep would  do.

So I drew them all,roughly.

Then went off to meet a friend for a New year celebration  which included a sugar bomb and a glass of prosecco.  ( I don’t know the proper name for the little cake. It was lovely.)

When I came back I went to start work on the sheep. Only it wasn’t a sheep. I don’t know how I didn’t see it the first time.

As a farmer’s daughter  you’d think I would have known better!

Now I’m enjoying  my new room set up. I put my laptop speakers up on the desk. What a difference it makes to the sound.

I’ll miss my little house when I’m away.

Tomorrow  I have a long list of housey  things I could do to take my mind off travelling and being away.
