Last night I found my favourite  Scottish wine on Amazon at a more affordable price. Getting it delivered is a bonus.

This morning it was cold,  but dry again.

I found that any kind of coffee, and a refill at Wetherspoons is 99p. So I can go for a coffee any time I like.

I was looking for a pair of jeans today.

I eventually settled on a pair from poundland . They  are called ” paper bag” jeans. I rather like that. They look surprisingly okay.

I was also tempted and bought a charcoal kit in a tin and some very neat paintbrushes.

And my  folding table arrived today so I’ve no excuse for not painting. My room has much better light than downstairs so it was better to have a little table to use upstairs.

I think I’m nearly as organised as possible for a long visit.

I’ve learned to turn on the oven so that just leaves the washing machine and the dishwasher.

Everyone is out tonight so I have the house to myself.

Wine is being delivered tomorrow.
