Today was my first time outside in the new colourful clear world.  ( it will take a few weeks for my eyesight to settle properly .)

So I headed for poundland to get 3 pairs of ready readers for £3. These are a temporary  solution until I get my eyes tested after 6 weeks. They work well and I don’t need to be careful with them. I can have a pair upstairs, downstairs and in my pocket. 

And thanks to a bit of advice I bought a decent pair of sunglasses in TK MAXX. 

They are so clear! Big improvement on the ones I bought for £1.

It was a weird feeling being out without glasses. ( and eye make up.)

I’ve written a list of all the things I can do next Wednesday…..though unfortunately the only one I’m interested  in is painting and drawing.

Speaking of which, my new crayons arrived today.

It’s so weird to take these ready readers off to see the TV as for years I’ve read without glasses , but needed them for anything further away.

I found some more older paintings.
