2025 in Perth….it snowed!

Very briefly.

Not very impressive…..but it was snowing for about 5 minutes.

Today I got a bit stir crazy after a trip to beautiful English gardens with Monty Don and a series of cruises around Australia  with Jane Mcdonald. 

My new sunglasses were excellent,  even if I did look a bit odd as it wasn’t  exactly sunny.

I took several photos as reference for painting next week.

I think the shapes are good in this.
I can’t believe how clear the hills are.
This might be fun to draw….or not.
The clouds and light are pretty, but not so keen on the tree.

Tomorrow  it will be 7 years since James died.
