This morning I was contacted about doing an exhibition  in  Oliveto lucano  in May.

So I will probably stay for 4 or 5 days  and enjoy the peace and village atmosphere before coming back to Scotland to celebrate my birthday.

I’m so happy that this is finally happening. 

I’ve got time to paint more local scenes  before May .

Now I don’t have to wonder what I’ll do when I get back to Pisticci.

It feels like it has been quite a busy day.

I’ve paid my WIFI  bill. Since being able to pay bills online going away has been much easier.

(I wonder how Fluffy is doing. )

I started 2 small paintings of daffodils,  but then got fed up so leaving them to finish tomorrow.

I checked out my new laptop and it had good reviews. I didn’t spend very  long chosing it after drowning my old one..

I still have to put drops in my eyes 4 times a day, plus lubricating ones several times as needed.

I made my usual veg and chickpea lunch , enough for 3 days.

And now it’s nearly 5pm.
