2025 in Perth…..mostly painted….

Today I painted the next round scene of Oliveto lucano.  It was much more complicated than it looks.

I had an idea in my head of how I wanted it to look . It took a lot of work to get close to that.

About 80% finished. The colours are better in real life.

Then I saw my abandoned painting of pinky purple flowers and tulips with leaves which I couldn’t get right. So I had a play around with my new caran D’ache neocolour 2s.

Mmm….. very bright and happy.

And now it’s after 5pm.

Found some photos from the end of 2022.

Love these digital paintings
I painted several lampshades. I had to hide this one in a bag as it scared me and gave me bad dreams. Seriously!
First time I ever painted a sailing ship.

I found a photo of some drawings of local scenes , before I painted them.

I think I drew several at a time so I always had something to paint.
Sold this to people  who lived behind the brown door.
I enjoyed making this scene really colourful
I walk down these steps to get to the meetmarket.
Round the corner from my house.

Wine time now. The sun is shining again. Can’t believe this is Scotland.

Cheers🍷🍷
