It was nice to go out this morning and I had time for a little retail therapy before meeting a friend. It has been one of the good things about this extended stay in Perth. I’ve seen old friends more than once.

The sun is shining  again even though there’s a cold wind

I worked on the sunflower painting quite a lot today. I’m not sure it’s finished yet….but it’s better than yesterday.

For lunch I had some of my baking from yesterday and it was pretty good.

After lunch I added some grass and daisies to the hare painting. Probably not quite finished yet.

I approved the revised proof of my book, crossed my fingers and pressed the ” go” button.

I couldn’t find so many photos from winter 2015- 2016, but that might have been because it was a bit of a stressful time…..or maybe I just forgot to take photos.

Saw a lovely video of the bodybuilding event Katy took part in last Sunday. Am looking forward to the next one. It’s another bonus of being here for so long.
