2025 in Perth….Good news…

It was good news from the optician today. It looks like the swelling in my eyes has finally gone away ……and my eyesight is even better than 2 weeks ago.( I thought that I could see very well then.). I need one more check up after I finish taking the steroid drops and then I should be good to go.

I started work on my next round woodland scene.

There is something very liberating about drawing with the neocolour 11s ( otherwise known as ” posh crayons” or Caran D’ache water soluble wax crayons.)
Now there is a mixture of acrylic paint and neo colours.

It should be good to work more on this tomorrow. I’ve got some other photos looked out to paint next.

Without wishing to sound boring, it’s  been yet another lovely sunny day.

I found some photos from spring 2017. I’ve not included portraits or other stuff that I wasn’t happy with.

I think I may have fixed the background since this.

I like everything but the face in this.
No idea who this is, but the hands are quite good.

Wine time now. Feeling very relaxed.
