The day began when I couldn’t sleep around midnight and decided that I might as well draw out my next woodland scenes.

As someone who has always thought that I couldn’t work in the middle of the night…..I did pretty well.

Most of today I was in Glenrothes at my second bodybuilding  event. This time I knew what to expect.

Katy did very well. She was in the same age group as girls in their 20s as she was only months too young to be in the over 45s.

It didn’t feel quite so strange this time.

I’ve seen the work she’s  done to get to this stage. And it’s  impressive.

However next week maybe we can both look forwards ,to me going home, and her going on holiday. And relax.

That would be fun.
