The weather has been one of the strangest aspects of this time spent in Scotland . It was January when I arrived. I expected it to be cold, maybe snowy, definitely rainy and grey. It was winter after all. But it has been mostly sunny. And tonight again…..the sky is blueish and it’s  sunny

Not complaining.

Today I met an old friend for  coffee. It’s good to have friends here. 

The rest of the day I spent trying to fix the flowery painting. 

I put my paintbrushes in a box and my new artificial  flowers  in the ceramic paintbrush jar.

Then I painted 2 more round canvases, black.

And now I’m going to have a glass of wine and watch Victoria Coleman’s new video on youtube.
