While lying about watching yet another antiques programme  on TV it occurred to me that I would probably not enjoy getting up at 5am and then getting 2 trains to the airport while keeping my fingers crossed that they would arrive on time.

So after a lot of checking hotels etc online I’m now planning to leave Perth on Monday afternoon and stay overnight in Edinburgh in what looks like a very nice hotel, then get the airport bus , which stops just by the hotel entrance , at about 8.30am on Tuesday . (After staying for nearly 4 months I don’t think Katy and Mark will feel that I’m rushing off. )

So maybe I won’t be painting both new round canvases , but just incase I felt like it I drew my new artificial flower.

Even more exciting is that I’ve received a photo of a poster for the exhibition  in Oliveto Lucano.

Someone contacted me about a big painting yesterday and I’m trying to remember where I put the information about 2 portraits I’ve to do when I get back to Pisticci. 

It feels busy ……….

I’m ready to come home. Fingers crossed that my eyes are now completely back to new normal.
