And shopping! It looks like today will be the coolest day this week so it seemed like a good idea to get in some supplies. ( 2 boxes of ice lollies.)

The plan for today was to draw, if possible, the figures on my next 2 big paintings. I’d no idea how long it would take.

However I’d finished drawing both of them by 11.30am.

That left me just enough time to decide that I needed some cover ups for summer. ( I’m off my arms again. )

I thought I’d bought 5 on Temu, calculating that the first time I buy there everything is cheap and intending to delete the app when they arrive. I was surprised that I had to pay about €40 , but assumed it was just the usual….”it’s not cheap unless you do ABC and D.” However it appears I bought 2 pairs of trousers  …..rather nice ones, by accident.  Oh dear…..😀

After a nice long lunch break I thought that I’d do a first coat of paint and see if the composition  was okay. I  cut out 2 figures in the process.

(Turned on the the aircon now .) Have hardly needed it so far.

Now it’s wine time after more shopping at Despar which sells sweet potatoes. But there are a lot of steep steps on the way home.
