Only to discover that after several years I may get a water bill….or not. ( thanks to a friend for clearing up what my mystery phone call was about.)

However, back to the electric bill. After my last email contact I received an answer including an option to pay by bank transfer.

I don’t think I’ve done that before …not on my banking app at least. But I have probably done it now. My bank says I did. ( My electric app still says it’s not paid ….but there’s time. )

I’ve also ordered 250, possibly not terribly beautiful, business cards. It took ages and much fiddling about. If I hate them I’ll go and get some made in Pisticci. 

For the remainder of today I painted the last ( or maybe not) painting for the exhibition. 

It was quite an enjoyable experience painting this today. Unlike yesterday, when it felt like a big struggle .

I was thinking about how I used to look forward to summer after being cold all winter. So I never complained about being too hot.

Last night I walked to the pizzeria.

The best time of day is around 6am.

Still, my aircon is chugging away, blues playing on my laptop and a glass of wine is waiting …….so what’s  a little heat!

(The art shop was shut so my canvases are still in town. I’ll try again in a few days.)
